Once the account is set up we can receive orders via our websites, a specific website set up to your needs, over the telephone, by fax or mail and in some cases by text.
Accounts are opened instantly, once our terms and conditions are signed by an authorised person, and a credit check is undertaken. Once the credit check is authorised by the directors of BHMA Limited the account is open for your needs. Should you wish a quicker service still, please use the credit card processing facility provided on this website. We would request a list of authorised addresses to which deliveries can be made.

Public sector accounts include State Schools, Pre-Schools, Colleges, Universities, Local Councils and Area Authorities, Government Departments, National Health Service, Fire Service, Police Authorities, Ministry of Defence, National Parks Authorities, Magistrate's Courts, Local Authority Sports Centres.
Orders can be placed on this website and paid for at the time using standard credit cards and procurement cards (payment cards designed for the public sector), or invoiced on an ‘end of month plus 30 day basis, when backed up with a Purchase Order No. or official purchase order. Please ensure precise invoicing and delivery address requirements are stated, together with relevant contact names and telephone numbers.
